Social Media Marketing Strategy
Monkey Do
Social media strategy development and employee training for an indoor playground in Williston, Vermont.
Platform optimizations, targeted strategy development, and best practice training on Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram.
Post-pandemic, this indoor play park wanted to boost their target audience reach and improve their SEO through Google management and organic social media marketing.
About The Client
Indoor playgrounds are a needed reprieve during Vermont’s cold winters and humid summers. Monkey Do opened its doors right before COVID-19 and once 2022 hit, they were ready to safely re-open and welcome families back to their 10,000 square foot play park.
The Process
Monkey Do had the staff to manage their social media marketing, they just needed strategy development and training. After an intake with both the owner and the manager, we understood their goals and objectives and set about doing the research.
Focusing on Google Business Profile and Instagram hashtag research, we narrowed in on their out-of-town audience. Utilizing Facebook, we developed a strategy for local Vermonters. Training took place over Zoom during three separate sessions, reviewing strategy implementation and best practices. After 3 months we had checked in to answer questions and provide feedback and guidance. We continue to be available for consultation should any questions arise.
Social Media Results
Google Business Profile optimization and management was the main platform of focus to help improve their SEO so out-of-state families could find them. Combining Google with Instagram and Facebook, Monkey Do saw an increase in the number of Google reviews coming in and user-generated content. Followers on both Instagram and Facebook enjoyed a steady rise over the first three months after strategy implementation.
